IBM i Access Client Solutions (ACS) is a critical tool for essential features such as 5250 emulation, SQL, Db2 performance, and open source package management. Every update is packed with functionality improvements, bug fixes, and security updates. We recommend that all ACS users update their copy regularly. To assist users in reviewing the latest updates before installing, we are providing the link to IBM’s ACS release notes, which currently go back to version 1.1.9.0 (April 2022).
